Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the Influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance at PT Bosindo Cahaya Anugerah Bandar Lampung. The sample in the study was 40 employees working at PT Bosindo Cahaya Anugerah Bandar Lampung using the Purposive Sampling technique. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The Data Analysis Technique in the study used Correlation Analysis. The data in this study were processed using the Statistical For Product and Servicer Solution (SPSS) version 22 program. The results of the study showed that Leadership Style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bosindo Cahaya Anugerah Bandar Lampung.
